Position: Part time Cash Application Clerk

Central Transport, LLC is seeking a Cash Application Clerk to join our accounting department at our corporate office in Warren, MI. This is an entry-level, part-time position, working Monday-Friday, 20-30 hours per week, fully onsite.

Responsibilities include:

Generating accounting statements and reports.

Researching cash receipts, coding, and posting of receipts.

Researching and applying unallocated cash.

Overseeing accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals.

Developing automated spreadsheets.

Organizing and maintaining up-to-date financial records.

Providing monthly financial and management reports.

Utilizing Excel, Outlook, and Great Plains effectively.

Qualifications:

AA, BA, BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Great Plains.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive starting pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr.
