This position is 100% onsite in Warren, MI. Work at home is not available for this position.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site administrative support to ensure efficient operation of TP and client locations
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff (booking flights, cars, hotels, or restaurant reservations)
  • Coordinate and help plan events (luncheons, on-site visits, motivational events)
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Provide support with shipping and tracking equipment
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Coordinate client support and escalation
  • Engage employees regarding incentives and acknowledgements; assist with preparation of incentive/bonus files
  • Maintain equipment and inventories; evaluate new equipment and techniques
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Maintain supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies and place orders
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Light cleaning and straightening up of the office
  • Assist with other responsibilities as needed
  • Responsible for multiple buildings on the TP campus and should expect to move around regularly
  • Note:

    candidates may be required to pick up lunches and supplies
