8:00am-5:00pm – Hybrid (In-person Tuesday-Thursday)

$35 to $43/hr based on years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, open to equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience as a business analyst
• Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point

• Prior experience working with automotive sales, product and/or incentive pricing data sources
• Solid Understanding of Microeconomics
• Understand relationships between Supply and Demand on Price
• Understand how price and incentives impact consumer behaviors
• Understand Elasticity and be able to calculate it

The main function of a business analyst is to perform analysis on automotive sales, pricing, and incentives. The business analyst will be responsible for identifying data insights, developing reports, and/or presenting findings to management.

Reporting:

• Provide regular reporting;
  Example: updates on EV tax credit changes (1–2 times per week)
• Deliver standard recurring reports as needed

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
• Translate data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership decision-making
• Work with large data from multiple sources
• Identify trends and compile data into meaningful charts and graphs

Presentation:

• Prepare and present data-driven insights to internal leadership in a concise and impactful manner
• Streamline processes and drive efficiencies

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
