This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and insightful individual to contribute to key projects that directly inform strategic decision-making. You will be at the heart of understanding market trends, consumer responses, and the effectiveness of various incentive programs. Working within a small, closely aligned team, you will collaborate on diverse analytical requirements, leveraging your expertise to uncover opportunities and drive efficiencies.

This role offers significant leadership visibility, with direct exposure to internal leadership teams, providing a platform for your insights to shape critical business outcomes.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify significant trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to sales, pricing, and incentives.
• Develop and deliver regular, high-quality reports and recurring updates on market dynamics and strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling, and concise narratives, utilizing meaningful charts and graphs to present findings.
• Adapt messages and presentations based on the audience, ensuring maximum impact and understanding for internal leadership.
• Prepare and present data-driven insights to leadership, influencing strategic decisions and fostering a data‑informed culture.
• Streamline processes and drive efficiencies in data analysis and reporting methodologies, particularly within advanced Excel and PowerPoint environments.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and identify key trends.
• Proven experience in compiling data into meaningful charts and graphs, and presenting data‑driven stories.
• Exceptional ability to understand and adapt messaging and presentations for various audiences.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel: Strong proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and streamlining processes.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint: Expert‑level skills in creating visually compelling, creative, and impactful presentations that tell a clear story.

• Solid understanding of Microeconomics, including relationships between supply, demand, and price.
• Experience in understanding how price and incentives impact consumer behaviors.
• Ability to calculate and interpret elasticity.
• Prior experience working with automotive sales, product, and/or incentive pricing data sources.

The target hiring compensation range for this role $35-37/hr, or 70-75K depending on experience. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
