The role spans conceptual design through final construction documents, with responsibility for detailed estimates and collaboration with preconstruction teams.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial estimating, strong takeoff and subcontractor negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Procore, and On-Screen
