About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will help develop and execute high-quality visual assets across various retail and branding initiatives. We operate in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, frequently juggling projects ranging from product packaging and promotional materials to digital assets and store signage.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce creative assets for retail environments, promotional campaigns, and brand identity projects.
Seamlessly pivot between multiple ongoing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Ensure all artwork and brand assets are organized, meticulously detailed, and formatted correctly for print or digital use.
Collaborate effectively to bring brand visions to life from concept to final execution.
Requirements:
Adobe Suite Expertise: Must be highly savvy in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Relevant Portfolio: Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing previous branding and retail design work.
Adaptability: Proven ability to jump around multiple projects and manage time efficiently.
Self-Starter: Highly self-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Industry Bonus: Previous design experience in the cannabis industry is a huge plus, but not strictly necessary to apply.
