Specialist, Parts - Bilingual French

• Support customers with respect to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide training on the Retail Inventory Management website
• Handle a workload meeting criteria and metrics, including managing emails and dealer training sessions
• Conduct outbound calls regarding excess orders and new parts managers
• Answer incoming dealer calls and assist with protection requests
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues through appropriate channels

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high phone/email volume, deadline‑driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong supplier and customer interaction experience
• Basic computer skills

• Knowledge of a dealership environment or inventory management
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, including multitasking and managing customer expectations
