We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revit Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and proficiency in various design software. As a Revit Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed models and drawings that support the development of innovative projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of design concepts while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain 3D models using Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements effectively.
  • Create detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations using Revit.
  • Utilize Sketch Up and Archi

    CAD for conceptual design presentations and visualizations.
  • Conduct quality control checks on drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations by providing accurate design information.
  • Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration during the review process.
  • Support mechanical and system design efforts as needed, ensuring integration with architectural elements.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices is desirable.
  • Experience in mechanical design or system design is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
