• Reports to the Director.
• Uses computer assisted design/drafting (AutoCAD 2018) equipment and software to develop
  designs.
• Works on Space plans and test fits as directed.
• Manages data creation, collection and loading process in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS.
• Creates and revises production drawings (detail and assembly drawings).
• Works with client’s business partners as needed to ensure accurate, effective interface and update
  of information.
• Produces standard reports and drawings (in the format required by client) on a demand basis as
  well as maintains a resource library of current information for all components of the department
  to access as needed in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS.
• Responsible for all day to day activities of the CAFM system and related technology systems,
  including drawings and data maintenance.
• Maintains an organized file system for production drawings.
• Understands how to work to a standard operating procedure.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Associates degree and AutoCAD experience
• Can work with the team to solve problems
• MS ACCESS and MS Excel

Salary Range Language

The expectedratefor this position ranges from $21.65 to $26.44 hourly. The actual hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the hourly rateand a competitive benefits package(including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity
