Job Responsibilities
- Design and release exterior plastic components for bumper, fascia, grill and trim.
- Utilize robust CAD modeling for part design, integration and execution in NX.
- Design, develop and integrate components from development through to production release utilizing NX / Teamcenter.
- Proactively propose alternate solutions and work closely with the studio design and engineering teams to integrate and develop refined design solutions.
- Complete parametric designs with quality to meet project timing.
- NX and Teamcenter proficiency.
- Creativity and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent thinking and ability to problem solve in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production plastic components.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or 5-7 years experience required.
