Provisioner

Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Provisioner supporting PM Stryker Brigade Combat Team, Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) at or near the Detroit Arsenal. This position is currently in office daily but could transition to hybrid based on the requirements of the government client. Other duties may be assigned to support client and contract deliverables.

Travel may be required but estimated at less than 10%.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and management of the Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), including Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Repair Parts Special Tools List (RPSTL), and provisioning screening/reviewing Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP).
• Participate in provisioning events such as provisioning conferences, logistics demonstrations, In-Process-Reviews (IPRs), and technical manual verifications.
• Manage provisioning data in databases like Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), and Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army), using the Logistics Product Data Store (LPDS) process to update records.
• Serve as a provisioning subject matter expert in Integrated Product Teams, providing recommendations and analyzing contract deliverables, engineering change proposals (ECPs), and other data in the form of PPLs, EDFP, RPSTLs. Interpret outputs from Maintenance Allocation Charts (MACs) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) to assess provisioning impacts or recommendations.
• Review and analyze contract provisioning Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables such as PPLs, EDFPs, and RPSTLs, and provide recommendations to the Government Task Lead.
• Support creation and updates to the Program Management Review (PMR) and Material Master (MM), process National Stock Number (NSN) requests, Supply Support Requests (SSRs), build a Bill of Material (BOM) within LMP, and handle all provisioning coding and transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in provisioning or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 11 years of overall work experience, including 7 years in provisioning or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% based on program needs.
• Active Secret US Government Clearance (Amentum may sponsor a clearance). US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Provisioning, Cataloging, and Structure Content Development (RPSTL).
• Experience with maintenance planning at contractor or soldier level.
• Understanding of logistics support and maintenance actions affecting materiel readiness.
• Knowledge of Ground Combat Tactical Weapon systems (Stryker), Army Maintenance philosophy and structure.
• Ability to work on vehicle systems, interact with soldiers, OEM contractors, and government personnel to develop technical data and manuals.
• Analytical skills and experience with data processing systems (Power-Log J, databases, Excel, etc.) or engineering management/supply chain roles.
• Effective communication skills, team collaboration, and ability to meet deadlines through meetings and task management.
