- Assembly will manage direct and indirect labor, line speed, cycle checks, workstation assignments, and change control to balance lines. The role uses Lean concepts and time/motion studies with MODAPTS to identify waste and improve efficiency on the production floor.
You will support Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) Domains and assist the IE Manager and IE Supervisor to sustain Lean manufacturing and optimal manning, interfacing across all levels from shop floor
