• Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP.
• Minimum of 4 years post‑graduate experience as a PMHNP, preferably in telehealth; prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavioral health is a plus.
• Active, unrestricted license and DEA number; licensing assistance available.
• Preferred licensure in markets where Talkiatry has active needs or ability to obtain autonomous licensure.

• Administering initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, medication management, and psychoeducation/supportive therapy.
• Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record system to maintain accurate patient records.
• Passion for high‑quality care and best practices in virtual telepsychiatry.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous education.
• Only experienced, board‑certified PMHNPs are considered at this time.
