Dietary Aide

General Description:

• Prepares food items for Resident meals.
• Serves Resident meals.
• Try to create a restaurant setting for our Residents.
• Maintains sanitary conditions in the Dietary department.
• Cleans dishes using dish washing machine.
• Follows the direction of the Dietary Supervisor/Cook.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas as directed according to established standards.
• Observing proper cleaning techniques.
• Quality of work performed should be held to a high standard.
• Keeping up with work demand.
• Cooperating with other employees to promote efficiency and morale of departments.
• Attendance is mandatory.
• Must be clean, well groomed and in uniform at all times.
