Salary: $58,000 - $63,000

- Responsible for all daily hotel operations
- Ensure the hotel maximizes revenue with sound revenue management decisions
- Hiring, scheduling, risk management, and brand administrative functions
- Ensure brand standards and initiatives are followed
- Train and develop staff; employee retention creates a strong team culture.
- 2+ years of hotel management experience
- Experience in hotel front office, housekeeping, or other operating functions
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Brand property management system knowledge is a plus
- Competitive salary
