Akkodis is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Robotics Software Integration Engineer to join our team supporting a Fortune 500 client. Pay Rate: $45-55/hr W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and test robotics software using Python.
• Perform validation, optimization, and computational tasks to enhance system performance.
• Apply data science techniques including data curation and analysis to support robotics functions.
• Design and implement in-house algorithms, including data compression for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of robotics systems.
• Utilize ROS2 for robot control and deployment;
  Docker experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Machine Learning/AI, Robotics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in robotics-related data projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for software implementation, testing, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Git Hub and Bash; C++ experience is a bonus.
• Experience with YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection framework is preferred.
• Strong background in ROS2 and robotics system deployment.
