What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Craft and optimize advanced SQL queries to efficiently extract, manipulate, and transform data from various relational databases.
  • Utilize cutting-edge data processing tools to analyze large datasets, performing crucial data cleansing, aggregation, and feature engineering.
  • Seamlessly integrate disparate datasets from multiple sources to construct comprehensive and unified data models.
Data Quality Assurance
  • Conduct rigorous data validation and quality checks to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, collaborating closely with data engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and implement robust processes for continuous data quality monitoring.
  • Lead exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, identify anomalies, and pinpoint valuable opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to interpret complex data results and formulate clear, actionable recommendations that drive business success.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of impactful analytical reports and compelling presentations.
  • Engage actively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, agencies, developers, and fellow analysts, to understand data requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts and data insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of dedicated analytic experience.
  • Proven expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • Experience with Databricks is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data specifications.
  • Strong analytical ability to address highly unusual and extremely difficult problems.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.

The target hiring compensation range for this role 45-50/hr, depending on experience. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
