We are seeking a
** Senior Network Analyst
** to assist in leading the strategic design, optimization, and security of our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in networking, and the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-performance, scalable, and secure networking solutions to support business objectives.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist in designing the architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, DMVPN, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
* Oversee network performance analysis, capacity planning, and high-availability strategies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of networking hardware and software solutions.
* Drive cloud networking strategies, integrating on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Develop and enforce compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for network operations.
* Lead incident response efforts, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies related to networking.
* Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior network analysts and cross-functional IT teams.
* Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.

* Qualifications and Skills:

*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in network architecture, administration, or engineering roles.
* Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, EIGRP, VXLAN, MPLS, and advanced network protocols.
* Extensive experience with enterprise-grade networking solutions (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
* Strong background in network security, including firewalls, Zero Trust frameworks, and SIEM solutions.
* Hands-on experience with SDN, automation tools, and cloud networking platforms.
* Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent highly preferred.
* Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive technical initiatives.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
