- Lead implementation, support, and improvements for Global Patient Safety technology products
- Intake, prioritize, and validate business requirements in coordination with business partners
- Own end-to-end automated reporting solutions with quality, compliance, and standardization oversight
- Manage steering committees, change requests, issue tracking, and release management activities
- Track quantifiable value delivered and prepare consolidated operational reports on savings
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10+ years relevant experience including Global Patient Safety technology product ownership
- End-to-end GxP implementation experience from requirements through IQ/PQ execution
- ITIL v3x and IT Service Management Framework knowledge
- Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies proficiency (Jira, Confluence)
- Team leadership and mentoring experience with direct reports
- Pharmaceutical Global Development business knowledge and process understanding
