In-House Attorney
Epic is seeking an experienced attorney to support our legal team based at our Madison, WI campus and to serve as the principal counsel in our global expansion efforts. The role will negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with prominent healthcare organizations worldwide, manage complex vendor and industry collaborations, ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks domestically and internationally, and oversee litigation matters.
As an In‑House Attorney you will own projects that grow with your expertise, and your level of responsibility will expand rapidly.
We offer competitive base compensation ranging from $150,000 to $210,000 per year, with bonuses, stock grants, annual raises, and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation assistance will be fully reimbursed for the Madison, WI area.

Qualifications- Strong academic and professional background
- Detail‑oriented with a creative mind and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
