• Creating schedules for all team members and managers based on labor budgets
• Control P&L costs
• Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance
• Increase sales by ensuring a clean store, high‑quality food, and exceptional customer service
• Oversee stock and day‑to‑day and long‑term store operations
• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
