Job Summary

Join Epic’s Project Management team as a Project Manager. In this role you will lead the implementation of Epic software, coordinate end‑user training, and support clinicians and administrators as they go live with our solutions. The position is based on the Madison, WI campus, but you may travel across the United States and abroad to serve hospital leadership and project stakeholders.

The role is located at Epic’s campus in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance is provided for applicants who move to the area.

• Lead Epic software installation projects and ensure timely, on‑budget completion.
• Present project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to hospital leadership.
• Coordinate and deliver end‑user training for clinical and administrative staff.
• Provide comprehensive support during the go‑live phase to ensure successful adoption of Epic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve implementation challenges.
• Maintain project documentation and reports for internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
• Demonstrated history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of the working day; typically 1‑2 short trips per month.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
