You will be a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes across the region. Working in partnership with your Regional Director, you will give your team of care home managers the support they need to deliver excellent customer service, high‑quality standards, and strong leadership for our people. You will coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes as identified by Operational Management.
Supporting the Regional Director, you will monitor all aspects of service within the homes, analyse and use quality metrics, conduct audits, and liaise with the Operational Quality team. You will partner with the quality team and Home Managers to develop focused service‑improvement plans, identifying action owners and timelines to achieve improvements.
- Provide operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region.
- Coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes.
- Analyse and use quality metrics, conduct audits, and liaise with the Operational Quality team.
- Work with the quality team and Home Managers to develop focused service‑improvement plans, identifying actions, ownership and timescales.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and high‑quality standards across the region.
- Previous experience in a Home Manager or Quality role.
- Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge base.
- Experience in leading audits (internal & external) and creating action plans.
- Adaptability and ability to work across a number of different care homes with differing requirements.
- Experience in coaching and supporting teams around clinical concerns and analysing data for trends/themes.
