Located in Warren, MI, Green Palms Management is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our SNF, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization, while fostering a culture of excellence and dedication to our mission.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive organizational growth and success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, staff, donors, and community partners
• Provide visionary leadership and management to a team of professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of integrity and ethics
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for funding, partnerships, and resource development
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Evaluate and improve organizational performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement

• 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong track record of success in management and leadership
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, with a focus on results-oriented decision-making
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
