• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols within the facility.
• Develop and maintain efficient production schedules to meet organizational objectives.
• Drive initiatives to control and minimize operating costs.
• Deploy strategies to optimize production output and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough analysis of workplace and labor productivity metrics.
• Supervise and mentor a team of three Production Supervisors across three shifts.
• Oversee employee performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal-setting, disciplinary actions, career development, and succession planning.
• Forecast production outcomes and manage inventory levels on a daily basis.
• Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Regular attendance in the plant.
• Interact with clients and coworkers; professional and respectful.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in plant management, preferably in a plastic injection molding environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in health and safety regulations and their application in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a natural ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering positive working relationships.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with standard productivity software.
• Strong problem‑solving skills utilizing methodologies such as 5 Whys, 8‑D, and Cause and Effect analysis.
