Base: $28.00/hr – $31.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Lead the turning cell with precision from the first shift bell. Start your day at 6:00 a.m., power up the lathe, and run tight‑tolerance parts with confidence. From Monday through Thursday, you own a 10‑hour window (6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) to set up, run, and optimize Swiss CNC lathe work. Most Fridays offer overtime for those who like extra hours and extra output.

• Operate and fine‑tune Swiss CNC lathes to produce precise components.
• Read and interpret complex prints and job travelers without missing a detail.
• Leverage strong knowledge of G‑code/M‑code to adjust offsets, optimize cycles, and troubleshoot.
• Use bar loaders confidently for uninterrupted production.
• Apply familiarity with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls to navigate, set, and improve programs.

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience operating CNC lathes.
• Swiss machining experience (required).
• Fluent print reading (required).
• Bar loader operation and setup (required).
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity at previous employers.

• Working programming knowledge for on‑the‑fly edits and improvements.
• Experience on Miyano equipment (strong plus);
  Hyundai WIA exposure (bonus).
