Pay: $32.10 - $32.76/hr.

What You'll Do- Supervise day‑to‑day quality control, inspection, and auditing activities across assigned areas.
- Lead and coach hourly and salaried employees; issue discipline when required.
- Create, implement, and sustain vehicle control plans to prevent defects from reaching customers.
- Conduct daily process and vehicle audits across all shifts; report results to plant leadership.
- Empowered to start or stop production based on quality, safety, or regulatory concerns.
- Identify non‑conformances, document findings, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze quality data and develop scorecards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
- Support launch readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion standardization, error‑proofing, and best practices across operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of quality or manufacturing experience
- Experience supervising hourly or union‑represented employees
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to analyze and present quality data
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
- Automotive manufacturing or assembly plant experience
- Quality auditing experience (Lead Auditor preferred)
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
