OverviewA Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed nurse who travels to patients' homes to provide skilled nursing care, including assessing health conditions, administering medications, managing chronic diseases, performing wound care, educating patients and families on self-care practices, and coordinating with other healthcare providers, all with the goal of maintaining patients' independence within their home environment. Requiring a state license to practice.
