Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse demonstrates advanced clinical competency in managing complex nursing situations across diverse patient populations. This role requires the ability to deliver comprehensive nursing interventions in varied clinical settings, with particular emphasis on proactive patient assessment and early identification of clinical changes. The successful candidate will synthesize patient data to anticipate care needs and implement evidence-based nursing interventions before significant changes in patient condition occur.

• Deliver direct patient care across multiple medical and surgical units, adapting nursing practices to diverse patient populations and clinical scenarios
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications through clinical observation and analysis of patient-specific data
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide professional nursing services across a broad spectrum of clinical situations and patient acuity levels
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and hospital personnel to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain flexibility and willingness to float to multiple facility locations to meet organizational staffing needs
