• Provide high-quality patient care through accurate assessment, effective communication, and efficient documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance patient outcomes and facility performance
