  ** by identifying and implementing ways to keep patients on track with their care goals—turning challenges into wins!
• ** Monitor and respond
  ** to patient vital signs and cardiovascular status with vigilance, recognizing changes and taking prompt action to ensure optimal outcomes.
• ** Administer medications and treatments
  ** accurately and safely, maintaining detailed records and educating patients about their cardiovascular care regimen.
• ** Collaborate seamlessly
  ** with cardiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• ** Educate patients and families
  ** about heart health, recovery protocols, and lifestyle modifications, empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey.
• ** Uphold safety and infection control standards
  ** by following established protocols and best practices to maintain a secure, sterile environment for all patients.

** What You Will Need**

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

• BSN preferred.
