Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. We are looking for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and maintaining high clinical standards.

• Support the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations.

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.

• Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and ensuring adequate nursing coverage.

• Participate in audits, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.

• Help maintain a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

• Current, active RN or LPN license, as required by state regulations.

• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical documentation.
