The lawn maintenance crew member is responsible for performing routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks to maintain clean, healthy, and visually appealing outdoor spaces. Duties include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general upkeep of lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site.

Qualifications- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Clean criminal background
- Minimum one year of experience in the landscape/construction industry
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Preference will be given to candidates with a valid driver s license and safe driving record (Crew Member Plus)
- Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend work
- Physically able to handle the workload in all types of weather and have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body
- Able to lift heavy without needing assistance (at least 50 lbs)
- Good communication skills
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Report to work on time in a clean, appropriate uniform and steel toe boots
- Follow instructions given by the lawn maintenance crew lead
- Collaborate with team members to meet timelines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite and crew truck at all times
- Communicate any issues, unsafe conditions, or improvement opportunities to the crew lead
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and trailers in the AM and PM
- Learn and perform lawn maintenance tasks, including cutting grass, trimming edges, removing debris, blowing trimmings, landscape bed maintenance and other landscape services
- Operate power equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, sod cutters, chain saws, and snow blowers
- Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the work shift
