Job Description
Retail Cook is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing excellent customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities- Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
- Store food properly by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
- Set up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot well, stem tables, etc.
- Break down, clean and sanitize work stations.
- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating customer needs.
- Replenish food items and ensure product stocked to appropriate levels.
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
- Ensure security of company assets.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Certification & LicensuresFood safety certification preferred.
Qualifications- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Attention to detail required.
