Qualifications- Ability to lead in a team environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Food management experience (Required).
- High school education or equivalent experience (Preferred).
- Passionate and positive attitude.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
- Creating schedules for all team members and managers based on labor budgets.
- Control P&L costs.
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance.
- Increase sales by ensuring a clean store, high quality food, and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee stock and day-to-day and long-term store operations.
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
