Join to apply for the Specialty Sales role s position focuses on delivering a great guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and service on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, and use insights to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using merchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service is worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to federal, state, and local laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Perform other duties based on business needs as required.

• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices, operate handheld scanners, and use technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely handle merchandise, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions in roles such as Drive-Up and carryout.
