Directly supports the store manager, ensuring the store runs efficiently and follows all laws and policies, while also helping to maximize sales and maintain asset control.

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge / Greet all customers that come into the store.
• Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
• Promote and maintain a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
• Process cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Ensure merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly, including maintaining plan‑ogram integrity and appropriate sign placement.
• Ensure food service products stay fresh and appealing by rotating products appropriately and removing out‑of‑date items.
• Monitor store activities to ensure transactions occur in the proper manner.
• Respond quickly to emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees and notify the appropriate individuals.
• Unload trucks to restock the store.

• Retail or Customer Service experience required.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling.
• Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods (e.g., inside the store, outside, or in the cooler).
• Available to work various shifts and days of the week as required, including weekends, evenings, busy periods, and holidays.
