Perform installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems in accordance with specifications and safety standards.

Diagnose and troubleshoot basic system issues and communicate findings clearly.

Perform routine maintenance to ensure system performance and longevity.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients and team members on every job.

Uphold workplace safety protocols at all times.

One or more years of experience working for a mechanical contractor.

Strong mechanical skills.

Basic proficiency in installing and maintaining HVAC systems.

Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EPA Universal Certification.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Live within a 25‑mile radius of our shop in Dexter, MI to reliably service our customers.
