This contract opportunity calls for a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive social work services for both General and Special Education students. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week), located onsite, and will continue through June 2027.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work
• Active Michigan licensure as a Social Worker
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 student populations within a school setting
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and behavioral intervention techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to teamwork and effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the schools primary 504 Plan Coordinator
• Deliver direct social-emotional support and targeted behavior interventions to students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans
• Maintain regular, solution-focused communication with teachers, administrators, and families
• Engage collaboratively with team members to develop strategies that address the needs of students across educational spectrums
• Ensure compliance with relevant educational regulations and institutional policies
