Commercial Snow Management Drivers

Job Description

Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc., a leader in landscaping and snow/ice management, is seeking dedicated and skilled drivers for the upcoming 2026 snow season. The role will ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations and de‑icing services during winter weather for commercial properties only. It is an on‑call, weather‑dependent position that requires reliability, flexibility, and professionalism.

• Operate snowplow trucks, loaders, and/or salting equipment safely and effectively.
• Clear snow from parking lots, drives, and walkways to maintain safe access.
• Respond promptly to changing weather conditions.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments.

• Valid chauffeur driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial snow plowing and salting experience.
• Willingness to work late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as storms occur.
• Reliable transportation to and from our office (this is the starting point for all equipment and truck operations).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Compensation: $28-35 /hour (based on experience)
