Hygiene Assistant

Monday through Thursday 7:35 am–5:00 pm.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance to the dental hygienist to prepare the room, seat patients, and take proper documentation of the patients’ visits.
- Record and review patients’ health history, make chart entries under the direction of the Doctor or hygienist, and ensure completion of all necessary forms and signatures.
- Educate patients on their treatment plans and maintain their oral health.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal skills, establishing positive relationships with the team and patients.
- Communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service‑oriented approach.
- Dental Assisting Certification or state‑required education, or prior on‑the‑job training.
- One or more years of experience preferred.
- Radiography/X‑ray certification for the respective state.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
