• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen.
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on hearing loss.
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions.
• Educate patients on using and maintaining hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information.
• Make follow‑up phone calls to ensure satisfaction.

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or an Audiologist.
• Motivated to help people hear better.
• Ambitious with a sales attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem‑solving skills; role has great autonomy.
• Excellent follow‑up skills.
