We are seeking an enthusiastic, optimistic, and friendly Clubhouse Manager to oversee the food, beverage, dining, and catering operations at The Trumbull Country Club in Warren, OH. The Trumbull Country Club offers a fine dining experience and beautiful views of the country clubs' landscape and golf course. Founded in 1915, the Trumbull Country Club has deep roots in the community. The club offers year-round fine dining augmented by a full calendar of sensational social events and weekly entertainment.

• Manage daily clubhouse activities
• Supervise all front-of-house staff in the restaurant operation
• Consistently provide high-quality food and beverage services
• Ensure friendly, polite, and trained personnel
• Evaluate and appraise performance to effectively motivate the service team
• Oversee daily expediting of food or bar service during dining hours
• Maintain customer satisfaction and respond promptly to all issues involving food and services
• Maintain daily shift meetings
• Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of clubhouse team members
• Monitor payroll and create schedules
• Work directly with members and clients to plan weddings, banquets, and other catered events
• Create special promotions to increase food and beverage sales
• Maintain the food and beverage budget

• A minimum of 3 years of related management experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to seek out new and innovative ways to meet, and respond to, the needs of a diverse membership
• A sincere passion for the hospitality industry
• A training-oriented, "hands‑on" management style with the desire to mentor others
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to thrive and re‑prioritize work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
