Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and process candidates through the hiring process
- Serve as the primary contact, communicate policies, and send welcome materials
- Arrange office tours/introductions as needed
- Introduce new hires to company systems, culture, and team members
- Collect new hire paperwork and update/maintain accurate personnel files
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Communicate onboarding processes with applicable parties
- Participate in various projects within the Human Resources Department
- Provide ongoing support
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or 3 years of human resources experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to diverse needs and changing requirements
- Proficient working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to travel as needed
