The General Manager is the senior business leader with full accountability for Warren Rupp’s strategy, performance, people, and profitability of ~$140M in annual revenue. Headquartered in Mansfield, Ohio, Warren Rupp is a key business within IDEX’s Severe Duty Flow Control platform and employs 175 team members. This on-site player/coach leads both commercial market execution and manufacturing operations, ensuring strong alignment between customer demand, operational execution, and financial performance.

The General Manager is responsible for accelerating profitable growth, strengthening end-customer and channel engagement, improving operational performance through SIOP and continuous improvement disciplines, and developing a high-performing leadership team capable of scaling the business for the future.
