Coil Fabricator and Repair

Pay range: $21 USD to $24 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

• Build and repair coils, furnaces, inductors, busswork, water-cooled leads, transformers, and other components for induction heating and melting applications.
• Construct products from blueprints, verbal or written instructions, or by comparison to existing products.
• Demonstrate safe work practices in an industrial environment.
• Mix and install various types of refractory materials, including dry vibe, wet ram, castable, and plastic.
• Cut, arrange, and install fire brick.
• Work with materials such as copper, brass, stainless steel, rigid fiberglass insulation, wood, and others.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work in hot, dusty, and occasionally loud environments.
• Comfortable working around fumes from welding, burning torches, and refractory installation.
• Average mathematical and reasoning ability.
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks.
