Registered Nurse RN

Warren Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team!

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Warren Nursing & Rehab
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available

Shift: Day 6:30a-7p/ Night 6:30p-7a

• Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team

• Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

• Supervise and provide direction to nursing staff as assigned

• Current and active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current/Active CPR certification

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Reliable and dependable

• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $40-44/hour
