Summary
Supervise shifts and/or work areas in a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high-quality products and customer service, promoting restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, and ensuring compliance with all laws and ethical practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate exemplary operational skills, ensuring products meet Papa John’s standards and reflect customer orders accurately. Respond promptly to customer concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty. Communicate and train team members on quality standards using available tools.
- Supervise restaurant team, maintain appropriate staffing, train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure compliance with appearance standards, and foster teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
- Contribute to sales goals through prompt service, building check averages via product training and sales execution.
- Support profit goals by adhering to company guidelines, managing cash, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized, complying with safety standards.

Physical Demands
Repetitive hand use, standing, walking, grasping, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, and over 51 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment
Outdoor work in various temperatures, noisy environments, near moving parts, with chemicals, fumes, and odors.
