Retail Assistant Manager responsibilities and opportunities with immediate hiring focus on training, leadership development, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
- Develop and maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
- Ensure competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to keep the store presentable and in-stock.
- Communicate effectively, with strong oral and written skills.
- Demonstrate proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Support scheduling and operations to provide full-time hours and valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay.
- A focus and dedication to your success; we provide proper training to ensure excellent customer service.
- A strong promote-from-within philosophy offering advancement opportunities for all levels.

- Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe store by following health and sanitation procedures; ensuring products are in-stock.
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with ongoing automotive liability insurance.
- Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
