Job DescriptionAs a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll partner closely with our National Account Manager to streamline the sales process and ensure our customers receive top-tier service. You’ll manage everything from quote creation and pricing files to sample shipments and CRM updates. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives on organization and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate quotes and promotional product proposals
- Maintain and update pricing files, cost sheets, and stock lists
- Review product offerings and competitive catalogs for updates
- Conduct product sourcing and market research
- Track sales opportunities and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate sample shipments, order follow-ups, and delivery tracking
- Support sales meetings, trade shows, and event prep
- Follow up on quotes and samples to help close deals
- Provide cross-functional administrative support across departments

- CRM and ERP system familiarity
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
- B2B sales experience in distribution preferred
- Basic reporting or sales analytics experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
